Do you want to have a backup airfield in case of emergencies in your home country? Then pay close attention to one of the caribbean countries. Many people from different parts of the world seek to obtain citizenship in European countries. They risk time, because there is a possibility of being denied a second personal document. What can not be said about the island areas on the high seas. Those wishing to get there are few, the competition is small, and the cost of investment is quickly recouped.

We suggest choosing a democratic republic called Dominica. It holds the primacy. Why exactly this territory can win your attention today? The government actively opposes terrorism and is looking for new approaches to reduce corruption, improve the economy. If you get a passport for money, you will ensure a safe life, which you will systematically strive for.

Dominica Citizenship By Investment Program Overview

If you’ve long wanted to get to the tropics and visit the mountains and the beach at the same time, you can do it. Do you want to stay in paradise for the rest of your life? There is nothing holding you back in your home country, just apply for obtaining Dominica citizenship at the consulate remotely and pay a certain amount of money. The government will check your documents for compliance with the Dominica CBI investment program.

If the applicant is trustworthy, healthy and financially secure, he or she can expect success. More than 4,000 people have already received passports since 2017. You will only have to wait 3-5 months for the processing to be completed, and approval will come by mail.

Obtaining Process

The island’s unspoiled nature and rapid economic growth make it a rational choice. According to Immigrant Invest specialist Zlata Erlach, investors have several ways to replenish the state coffers:

  • a one-time contribution of more than $100,000;
  • purchase of real estate for the amount of more than 200 c. u. e.;
  • a one-time payment for yourself and each dependent (you can include parents, spouses, children, siblings, for each you pay an amount in the neighborhood of 15-25 thousand dollars).

The applicant simply deposits the money into the economic fund. Then the funds are distributed to support important enterprises and the development of cities. In the case of buying real estate, the amount will be higher, but in three years everything will pay off. The applicant is obliged to pay fees and commissions for registration and legal expertise.

In exchange for personal investment, the foreigner receives at his disposal a second passport.  And thanks to this, many advantages are available to him.

Business Opportunities in Dominica

With money from international investors, the government is implementing projects important to the nation to build social institutions, maintain climate sustainability, and construct a geothermal power plant. The applicant is actively involved in this and also has the opportunity to start any business he or she wishes:

  • set up a trading platform to sell export products such as bananas and coconuts;
  • engage in trucking and start his own company;
  • receive income from the rent of purchased real estate and much more.

Natural beauty and clean air dispose to rest and recovery, and low taxes for residents from other parts of the world contribute to business development.

Key Factors to Consider Before Applying

To apply, you need to meet the requirements: be of legal age, have no criminal record, and prove that you have the means to repay the full amount. It is best to apply through an authorized agent. Fill the form addressed to the Minister of Civil Affairs, deposit the required amounts and pay the Dominica CBI fees through the bank of the state.  You can read or listen guide here to familiarize yourself with the procedure. Once approved, you need to deposit the investment in full and wait for the process to be completed.

Comparison of Antigua CBI with Caribbean Programs

If you compare the program to Antigua and St. Kitts and Nevis, they are similar in many ways. Caribbean powers are volcanic islands with luxurious nature, emerald greenery, mountain air, black and white beaches. Ecologically clean territories and quiet measured life – this is what awaits everyone who wants to step on the island land. Let’s note separate benefits of obtaining dual citizenship Dominica:

  • excellent health care system and insurance policy;
  • a lenient tax system, no inheritance or royalty deductions;
  • visa-free entry to more than 115 countries in Europe and Asia;
  • the possibility to obtain a work visa in the U.S. for 10 years;
  • transfer of citizenship by inheritance up to the 3rd generation.

Island may be of interest to legal entities and individuals who have opened or are opening a business. The country looks favorably among others, as it has a clean and untainted reputation. Up to this point, the Commonwealth state has not been seen to contribute to international money laundering. And people from all corners of the world get an additional option of future for themselves by getting a second passport of the island state.
