Media Inquiries

Summary

Below are AJS staff media contacts for inquiries about judicial ethics and discipline.

The Center for Judicial Ethics acts as a clearinghouse for information about judicial ethics and discipline.  Cynthia Gray, director of the Center since 1990, is an expert in ethical standards for judges, how judicial conduct commissions work, disciplinary sanctions for judges, judicial disqualification and recusal, confidentiality in judicial discipline proceedings, and judicial campaign speech.

The Center welcomes inquiries from journalists.  To request information or discuss story ideas for print, broadcast, and documentary productions, please call Gray at 773/248-6005.  Inquiries can also be sent to cgray@ajs.org and should include your project, audience, deadline, and contact information (phone, fax, address).
