News Clippings & Summaries

Citizens for Independent Courts (an initiative of the Constitution Project) provides news on state and federal  judicial independence issues (www.constitutionproject.org)

The Brennan Center created the Court Pester E-lert to alert activists, scholars, and journalists to attacks on judges and the judiciary.  Each day the Brennan Center reviews the nation's leading newspapers and periodicals for clippings related to judicial independence issues (broadly defined), and twice a week posts a short summary of these pieces, with corresponding citations.
