Purpose
The purpose of the Hawai`i State Chapter (HSC) shall be to
support the American Judicature Society (AJS) and to promote the effective
administration of justice on the national and local levels.
Membership
You can become a
member of the AJS Hawaii State Chapter by:

Becoming a member of AJS, our national organization.

A bi-monthly publication, Judicature, is mailed to AJS
members as part of being a member.

Board of Directors, Officers and Committees
HSC is the local chapter of AJS, which is a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization. It is
comprised of a board of directors and standing and ad hoc committees. Active
participation by members provides opportunities to interact with judges, lawyers
and business and community representatives on various matters related to the
administration of justice. Membership participation is highly encouraged.

Meetings
Meetings of the HSC board of directors are held on the 3rd
Thursday of March, June and September in the Carlsmith Ball Conference Room,
22nd Fl, ASB Tower at 1001 Bishop Street in Honolulu, HI. The December meeting
is held on the 1st Thursday in conjunction with the HSC’s annual membership
